Greg Goodman
MANAGING DIRECTOR & REGISTERED SURVEYOR
If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?
The 1974 ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ between 32 year old Muhammad Ali and 25 year old champion George Foreman. Ali knocks out Foreman in the 8th round to become the world heavy weight boxing champion for the second time.
Greg is a Registered Surveyor and past President and Secretary of the Institution of Surveyors NSW and was an interim Board Member of SSSI Australia, demonstrating both his standing in the profession and commitment to the Surveying Profession in NSW and Australia. Greg continues his professional involvement through public speaking and mentoring engagements. He is a passionate envoy for LandTeam and its values, ethics and professionalism. He pursues and promotes excellence in customer service, client expectation, product control and product delivery whilst promoting work health safety, quality management, environmental safeguards and technology/innovation within the business.

What is the last joke you recall?
How do you know when a clown has fluffed? When something smells funny!!
Having been a Registered Surveyor since 1989, Bob is passionate about surveying and possesses a wealth of experience and practical knowledge which translates to the capacity to lead in complex projects, meeting deadlines, budgets and ensuring a superior product is delivered by LandTeam. Bob enjoys working on torrens, strata and stratum subdivisions and he focuses on providing a quality product that is in tune with LandTeam’s Integrated Management System.

What is one thing you cannot resist?
A good YouTube music video (favoured type is retro!)
David is a Registered Surveyor and is LandTeam’s key person in the development and implementation of our technical capabilities. David pursues technology advances suitable for the business by keeping abreast of technological advancements in the market place and by implementing technological improvements in line with our values and strategy. Whilst building LandTeam’s reputation as a technical leader David remains active in the profession and industry at an expert level.

What is your hidden talent?
I can always find a carpark.
Justin is a Registered Surveyor and the Tablelands Branch Manager. He is an expert in rural work and has 15 years of experience assisting people with land and development matters ranging from boundary adjustments to multiple lot residential subdivisions in the Southern Tablelands District. He proudly continues to manage the Tablelands survey office that his father started in 1961 and its his endeavour to continue to have a professional consultancy to serve the districts growth and to contribute to that.
Dijana Harrison.
CIVIL ENGINEER
What is your most overused word or phrase?
‘Is the air conditioning on?’ and ‘Can I borrow your long legs please?’
Dijana is a CPEng NER Civil Engineer and is LandTeam’s Engineering Manager. With 25 years experience and an excellent portfolio of projects she oversees all engineering aspects of development projects from design development, detailed design right through to contract preparation and management. She also has experience in site supervision, acting as Superintendent during construction phase activities. Dijana’s engineering designs have a reputation for creating value for our clients whilst maintaining an innovative approach.

What was your favorite book, toy, or outfit as a child?
My favourite childhood toy is “Dolly”, a knitted doll (that I still take to bed with me as a 39 year old!!)
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources. She oversees LandTeam’s HR functions including recruitment, performance management, policy development and training. With 20 years experience in the business, Lauren oversees daily operations of the Illawarra Branch including strategic client contact and management along with management of core business functions.
WATER SERVICING COORDINATOR
Lauren is a Water Servicing Coordinator at Simply Water & Sewer. She is Sydney Water accredited for access (AE) and policy (EP) and has 16 years experience in Water Servicing Coordination. During this time she has built working relationships with internal and external clients including many of Sydney Water's accredited constructors to manage a wide range of sewer and water projects.
