Joseph’s Gate.

Joseph's Gate is a 130 lot residential estate in Goulburn on land owned by the Catholic Church. It’s centerpiece being the former 1912 St Joseph's Girls Orphanage now privately owned and being lovingly restored and it’s showpiece the Wollondilly River. LandTeam has proudly project managed the development since 2016 and its completion is a huge team effort in conjunction with all three LandTeam offices, Tony Carey Consulting, Yatcon Constructions and Goulburn Mulwaree Council. Joseph's Gate design, landscaping, public reserves and community facilities creates a lifestyle opportunity complimentary to Goulburn's natural beauty and offerings. We applaud the Catholic Church's investment and support. With profits being channelled to Goulburn's 1890 Gothic Cathedral restoration, everyone's a winner.
Yellow Rock Road.
SURVEYING, CIVIL ENGINEERING & TOWN PLANNING
LandTeam secured the development consent through Shellharbour City Council for a 117 lot residential subdivision at Yellow Rock Road, Tullimbar. The development application submission was prepared by our Town Planning department and contributors to the submission come from our Surveying. Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering departments. The DA had it all - traffic, bush fire, flora and fauna, riparian offsets, biodiversity, Aboriginal heritage, flooding, social impact, open space provisions, vegetation management and an extensive concept Civil Engineering design.
